Embracing Pilates is based in the North of Bristol, teaching privately from a fully equipped professional home studio and group classes in Horfield and Westbury-on-Trym.   We specialise in improving posture, reducing back pain, core strengthening, increasing flexibility, injury rehabilitation, osteoporosis, improving sports performance, and in improving overall health and well-being.

We are here to help you live pain free through the regular practice of Pilates. Our exercises are based on years of medical evidence and we keep up to date with the most recent medical research by being registered and keeping up to date with all the necessary training requirements. Pilates can and often does alleviate back pain. At the same time your strength and mobility will improve, and you will get stronger and fitter.
